April showers

The sunny, warm weather that blessed us this week has gone. It is about 30 degrees cooler today than it was yesterday and the sun has been replaced by rain, and quite a bit of it. The parking lot across the street from my apartment was the site of a little romantic stroll, however. I looked out and saw two ducks, one male and one female, waddling through one of the larger puddles. Spring is here and it looks like the ducks are twitterpated! The trees are growing leaves and flowers, and that looks beautiful even in the midst of the rain.
